About us
AWM Holding Plc. is a privately owned company established in 2010. It has two core businesses: capital financial investments (securities and venture capital investments) and trade transactions.
The trading branch of the company was opened back in 2020, it includes trading in health and personal protective products and chemicals. In 2022 we have enlarged the trading business with food industry products, fertilizer and grain trade. What’s more, the most exceptional event of 2023 was the fact that we finally entered the electronic components industry, mainly trading with Texas Instruments products. We are proud to say that our trading branch is indeed diverse, and we are always open to new opportunities.
Trade of occupational safety and health products
We buy health and safety products in bulk, typically in the order of a few million items.
Fertilizer
Our company purchases large quantities of fertilizer corn for export to Hungary and beyond our borders.
Grain trade
Another recently established business branch of the company is the distribution of various cereals. This business mainly deals with the trade of fodder corn and barley.
Wholesale and retail of food products
Since 2022 we have been selling food in wholesale quantities. Our main products: flour, sugar, cooking oil – only in high quality.
Electronic components trade
We are working to help our customers with chip shortages find the products they need.
Our main office is right next to Budapest, in Budaörs in a modern, A-category office. Our warehouse is based in Törökbálint in a logistical center.
For us, quality, trustworthiness, and precise work are highly important. These principles define our work both in capital financial investments and in wholesale trading. Our main goal is to work together with our partners in the best way possible, always taking into consideration the contentment of both sides.
We are proud that our company has been profit-making and dynamically growing for years, and even under the COVID-19 pandemic it complies with its responsibilities and has been supplying reliable quality products to its customers at affordable prices. In addition to that we are also very proud of the fact that we are able to constantly broaden our trading branch successfully.
Our corporation is continuously growing without any financial help from government resources or any tenders, moreover:
